Boost List:Speed
Level 5: Your speed is at your peak. You can run and run fast. The Sharingan being able to keep up with you when it is at its peak(doesn't mean their body can). Some people can follow along with it and only the Mangekyo Sharingan can follow and copy your hand seals. Allowing you to do four jutsus at one time. (1 3/4 hand seal, physical, jutsu, puppet, etc speed)
Ninjutsu Handspeed: +1/2 Seal Handspeed
Taijutsu/Weaponry Speed: +1/2 Physical Speed
Strength
Level 5: Your medical training is unmatched. The poisons you make start to take affect just a little after getting into the body. Your strength can send someone flying and break the ground with just one finger. You can start using master medical jutsu moves (Which will be listed on the limit/banned jutsu list)
Chakra and Jutsu
Proficiency in Gold Dust(Takes -1/4 chakra, Requires no Hand Movement)
Chakra Capacity: +19 D rank worth of chakra
Chakra Potency: B rank and above require half the amount of hand seals.
Ninjutsu Study: +1 A, B, and C rank Ninjutsu
Taijutsu/Weaponry Potency: +1 A rank Taijutsu, + 1 A rank weapon(No spec in Taijutsu or Weaponry)
Stamina
Bolstered Defense: Swords cannot cut them(they can still stab, just not slash)
Enhanced Breathing: Can work past 1 A rank worth of chakra exhaustion.
