Rules of the Sharingan

Sharingan Rules:
You may not use NPC to awaken the Sharingan, and advance it to the third tomoe. You must use PCs to get every step of the way, so far no Uchiha has progressed beyond the third tomoe and it is common knowledge that it must be for that fact the pinnacle of Uchiha doujutsu powers. This has put them in a bitter rivalry with the Hyuuga clan, and members of each clan usually kill each other on sight. They are also known as one of the least brutal in Athra, preferring to use more finesse and having a stronger sense of morals.

First Tomoe:
The first tomoe of the Sharingan allows the user to see the color of chakra, allowing them to see it inside weapons and body parts when channeled. This of course is only when they activate it, they also get a slight reaction time boost of 1/16th.

Activation:
You must feel a deep sorrow over something that happens to the character IC, this can be in any thread and it can even be activated by fear, fear for one's life or fear for another. This must fit in with the character's personality so don't go expecting it to be easy for your psychopath ultrachiha to activate this tomoe. All these activations must be sent to me in a pm titled, "Bo huckems, I sure done did activate my sharingans" and the link and a copy/paste of the post it was activate in for the message.

Second Tomoe:
The second tomoe allows the Sharingan to track the speed of those up to their rank this grants them a foresight ability allowing them to predict movements.
{Just because you see it does not mean you can instantly counter it!}
Due to the Sharingan's tracking abilities the user’s reaction time is increased, this grants +1/4 reaction time as a result.

Activation:
- Witness an event where you are hopeless, make sure to add that you are activating the tomoe when submitting the link for money or when registering a technique based off of reading people or your increased reaction time.
- Have activated the Single Tomoe Sharingan.

Three Tomoe:
The third tomoe is the fully mastered state of the basic Sharingan, due to this it grants multiple powers that include,

-Technique Copying: The ability to copy techniques w/ hand signs that are seen, you may only copy one per topic, and must be physically able to use the technique.
{Must have the nature to use the jutsu and spec, can only be used during that topic, can learn afterwards same training rules apply.}

-Sharingan Tracking: With the Sharingan more advanced the tracking is clearer allowing the user to see speeds up to 2x the current rank, and the user’s body having an even higher reaction time due to this their reaction time is now at +3/4 time.

Activation:
- Getting your ass kicked plain and simple, if you survive getting tossed around like a rag doll, you can activate this tomoe. All you have to do is put that down when you submit the link.
-Have activated Two Tomoe Sharingan.
