❥ This clan has a very.... Odd bloodline. With powers varying from member to member. The universal ability of the Okinaga clan is has 3 main abilities which all orbit there specific well-being.

The first ability of the clan is having the sight to see ghosts or spirits of such fallen shinobi. The user first begins to hear moaning or words pilled up on each other and such followed by static. Eventually they would get a clear vision of the spirit and begin to hear it in more common words. This is a very hard area to master for it is not very easy. The user cannot control the spirit's will, nor naturally manipulate it, and after a week passes they will not be able to see the spirit anymore.

Beginner: They are able to see ghosts, but not understand them. Hearing there voices of repeated sounds toppled over each other. Requirements: Requires 500 WC of training
Limitationsonly be used 4 times in a topic.

Advanced: Able to see spirits more clearly, capable of seeing faces more in detail. The voices begin making sense, but not complete sentences but petty 2 worded phrases.
Requirements: 800 WC Training
Limitations: Cannot hear complete sentences.

Mastery: They are able to see the clear full appearance of the ghosts still with the pale white covering. Seeing like how they were after 1 week ago. They can now communicate with ghosts also.
Requirements: 1000 WC Training
Limitations: Still cannot see the real color of the ghost.

The second ability of the clan is to be able to absorb such spirits with a outstretched hand. This ability allows the user to gain the spirits memories from a past week or so said, as long with there appearance for a short times notice.

Beginner: The user can absorb a spirit gaining there memories from a past week, before they died and are able to obtain there appearance for a full time of 5 posts in one topic.
Requirements: Requires 1000 WC training.
Limitations: Appearance lasts up to 5 posts.

Advanced: The user can absorb up to 5 spirits a month in real life time, being able to see there memories separating them to there own factors. They may see there memories from a month, as well as gaining there appearance for a whole topic.
Requirements: 1500 WC training.
Limitations: Absorbing 5 spirits per one month, and gaining appearance for a whole topic.

Mastery: The user can absorb up to 10 spirits in a real life week, and able to gain there appearance for 1 real life time. For that one week they are through the risk of having the spirit take control of their mind and destroying there body in the process.
Requirements: 2000 WC Training.
Limitations: Absorbing 10 Sprites in real life time week, and gain appearance for 1 real life time week.

The third ability of the clan is being ability to "contract there soul with the spiritual world" such as becoming a spirit for a limited time. Using this they can become intangible and fly through the sky. Also harnessing the power of turning invisible where there hands would just pass through anything they touch, and unable to weave hand seals. During there intangible state they can still be seen by normal people or sensory types. They harness a small amount of chakra in them during there intangible state where it keeps them in the ghostly state. As invisibility no one can see them aside from those with Ghost Sight, not even sensory type shinobi would be able to track them as said before in invisibility they would be able to see themselves but other's wouldn't as they would only fade through things and be unable to touch but float like any other spirit. It is told that there can only be 2 brother's who can obtain such power, known as the Spiritual Prophets.

Beginner: The user is able to become intangible, having there skin tone and clothing turn into a white ghost like state for 2 posts, and at the 3rd post there time is up for them to change back. In such said state they are unable to use ninjutsu, genjutsu, taijutsu or any other type of jutsu that weaves hand signs aside from there own clan what so ever. They are capable of passing through everything aside from the earth's interior it's self, and chakra is processed through there feet to make them maintain balance. Chakra can be taken from there feet and it is where they pass through ground, but in merely 3 seconds it will restore back to there feet. They are also able to fly to great speeds during this state but sharingan and mangekyou sharingan are capable of tracking down the speeds.
Requirements: 1500 WC Training, Read the book of Okinaga's History which is also 500 Words, and must have mastered ghost sight.
Limitations: Cannot use any type of jutsu aside from there own clans, sharingan and mangekyou can track down flying speeds, chakra will always consume back to their feet after 3 seconds.

Advanced: The user is able to stay in there intangible form for 4 posts and on the 5th post it will be released. They will no longer need to harness chakra through there feet to maintain ground, but just use natural will. All the abilities are as above. Aside from the new ability of invisibility, where the user can easily turn invisible having them "contract with the spiritual world" and be part human part ghost. During there invisibility state, no human can see them unless they have Ghost Sight, you may only float in this state and still cannot weave hand seals. You can only stay in invisibility for 1 post short.
Requirements: 2000 WC training, followed by a 500 WC training on reading Okinaga's History II.
Limitations: 4 post max on intangible, 1 post max on invisibility. During Invisibility unable to weave hand seals which carries onto the idea of not being able to use jutsu other then there clans, and being unable to walk but float.

Mastery: The user is now able to stay in this form as much as they wish, but if they are in this form for more then 7 posts they are doomed to be intangible forever. But for Invisibility they can stay as long as they want but anything more then 4 posts they will be trapped as that forever. But during intangible they must stay up in that state for a summary of 5 posts before deactivation. Same other abilities from the two above.
Requirements: 2250 post WC with a bonus of reading the Okinaga Civil War which is 250 post WC.
Limitations: Intangibility lasts up to 7 posts, anymore they would be trapped in that state forever and cannot deactivate until the 5th post. Invisibility can last as long as the user likes, but anything above 4 posts will make the user doomed to stay like that forever.

❥ The Okinaga clan is a very odd one, and mysterious. Throughout time it was able to keep hidden in ancient head quarters deep inside Celcia among one of the trees. Clan leaders are decided basically on how much spirits they can capture, but other wise it is decided on how strong one is. Being hidden from the world Okinaga began to adapt and joined Celica it's self. With that alliance there weren't most common but connected with the Swamp Village.
